Photos
Please upload photos when selecting your items (there is a photo upload option), if you are unable to upload images please email the photo(s) to photo@everyrose.co.uk
One photo per glass - additional photos are charged £5 each (options for this can be found on the applicable listings)
Photos need to be original and not edited, no collage or filters, we retain the right to ask for an alternative image, and if we do not receive this in good time, dispatch times may be delayed.
You can remove the background yourself or purchase the background removal from our listings. This is an opt out function on our listings, if customers refuse to pay for photo editing, their whole photo will be engraved.
High quality photos have the best results, however we can use any photo. Please bear in mind the lower the quality of photo used will lower the detail of the etching.
Busy photos will have less detail, less definition, I recommend backgrounds to be removed in these cases.
Dark/black areas will not be etched. Busy photos can also reduce detail ie multiple subjects in one photo.
Glasses are etched lightly and best viewed at an angle.
Previews/ mock-ups
I cannot provide previews or mock-ups of photos prior to ordering or during. The only viewable stage is when the item has been engraved. We are happy to send photos of the finished product before dispatch upon request.
More photo guidance
Please manage your expectations the photo quality is very much key and my examples aren’t a guarantee of how your photo will engrave.
Please do not self edit photos with filters, colour balance, making black white/ zooming and cropping/ adding object/ making collages/ adding text and other enhancements original photos where possible.
Multiple people/ pet in one original photo are fine.
Think about the shape of the glass you’re choosing and the photo shape you’re having engraved for the suitability as on a certain area of the glass surface can be engraved with the photo. This Varys from glass to glass.

Gift wrapping and packaging
We do not offer any products gift boxed unless advertised.
Glassware is sent wrapped in tissue paper then packaged for transit.
Other items are packed for transit unless stated otherwise
Care instructions
Glassware (drink/dinnerware) - is dishwasher safe
Cappuccino, mug, latte, plates microwave safe.
Please note engraving will become faded/ transparent/ disappear when wet/damp/ touch by warm hands etc. DO NOT be alarmed the engraving IS permanent and will be back to original brightness when thoroughly cleaned from all residue and completely dry and cool.
Do not scrub or use abrasives on the engravings.
Slate to be gently wiped clean.
Wooden items to be wiped clean, do not soak or submerge into water.
Metal items, hand wash - no dishwasher, no abrasives.
Returns/ Cancellations
Returns or cancellations are not accepted on made to order items (all items at Every rose are made to order).
If an item is accepted for a return, item price only will be refunded (no shipping) the return must be made within 14 days of return acceptance.
Issues/ problems/ damages
Any problems with orders need to be reported via message or email within 7 days of delivery. Replacements will then be made and sent out where applicable. Anything after 7 days will be void.
