•    One photo per glass*. Please remember that higher quality images have the best results (lower quality images will reduce the detail of the etching)

•    Images will be enhanced to ensure the best possible outcome.
•    Dark/black areas will not be etched. However dark /black animals/objects with detail/definition it is still possible to get a good result. You can email the photo ahead of ordering to confirm the outcome. Busy photos can also reduce detail i.e. multiple subjects in one photo.

o    Personalisation (wording) can be added free of charge. (however, we will use our discretion at the placement unless instructed otherwise, the standard font is  freestyle script)
o    No collages, self editing, text added, filters, you can remove the background yourself prior to sending.
•    Glasses are etched lightly and best viewed at an angle and/or in different lighting.
•    We cannot provide previews, proofs, and/or mock-ups as there is no viewable stages from receipt of photos to us engraving. 
o    There are examples of our work across the shop to view, we can send photos of purchased items before they are dispatched (on request).

Care Instructions
•    Drinkware glasses are dishwasher safe.
•    Cappuccino, mug, latte and express so glasses are all micro safe.
•    cappuccino mug latte Irish coffee and espresso glasses are all hot liquid safe.
•    engraving may fade or disappear when damp or touched by warm hands, but it is permanent.
•    to restore it please hand wash with degreasing soap and then dry the glass completely or you can put it through a dishwasher cycle.
•    it is best to avoid using abrasive substances on the engraving.
